Yeah…I have a good ankle-breakin’ story. Riding with the krewe in the basement of this church we practiced in. I do some barhop-boomerang thing and clip my toes on the crossbar. I land “just so” and snapped BOTH ankles (which already had stress fractures I was pushing). Seven cracks to the bones in the right ankle. Two hairlines to the left ankle.
Sport-medicine clinic did me wonders!!! The right-one took forever to heal, but I was walking on the left one within the month!
